RxFixtures is a website, brand, and commercial fixture sales channel operated by Alacrity Innovation Ltd. RxFixtures is not a separate legal entity. Alacrity Innovation Ltd is the legal operator and merchant of record for payments, billing, privacy, and regulatory correspondence.
Refund and Return Policy
RxFixtures accepts returns on commercial shelving and fixtures under the following conditions.
Standard return window
- New items: 14 days from delivery
- Refurbished items: 7 days from delivery
- Used items: 3 days from delivery, subject to inspection
Eligibility
- Items must be in the condition received — no further scratches, dents, paint damage, or missing hardware
- Original pallet / packaging is strongly preferred
- Custom-cut, special-order, or modified items are non-returnable
- Installed items (drilled, anchored to a floor or wall) are non-returnable
Return shipping
- Customer is responsible for return freight unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly
- RxFixtures will arrange pickup and deduct the freight cost from the refund
Restocking fee
- 15% restocking fee on all approved returns to cover inspection, re-listing, and any minor refurbishment
Refund processing
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving + inspecting the returned item
- Original payment processing fees (charged by the card network) are non-refundable
Damaged in transit
- Inspect every delivery BEFORE signing the freight receipt
- Photograph any damage immediately and note on the Bill of Lading
- Contact us within 48 hours: shoprxfixtures@gmail.com — we handle the freight claim on your behalf
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before shipment: full refund
- Orders cancelled after shipment has dispatched: follow the return procedure above
