    • Local delivery restrictions
  • If a location is deemed inaccessible or unsuitable for freight delivery, we reserve the right to:
    • Cancel the order and refund, or
    • Require alternate delivery arrangements at the buyer’s expense

Order Processing

  • Orders are reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days
  • Many items require coordination with third-party warehouses or liquidation partners
  • Processing times may extend without liability; timelines are estimates only, not guarantees

    • Carrier scheduling
    • Weather
    • Port congestion
    • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • We are not liable for delays in transit under any circumstances

Delivery & Acceptance (Critical)

  • Buyer must:
    • Inspect shipment before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL)
    • Note all visible damage or shortages on the BOL
    • Take clear photographs at delivery
  • Failure to properly document damage at delivery may result in denial of claims

Damage & Shortage Claims

  • Claims submitted after this window may be rejected
  • We assist with claims but do not guarantee carrier approval or reimbursement
