1. Who we are
RxFixtures is operated by Alacrity Innovation Ltd, incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre, UAE.
2. Products
- We sell new, refurbished, and used commercial fixtures — shelving, gondolas, end caps, wall units, and accessories
- Product descriptions and images represent our best effort; used and refurbished items will have cosmetic variation
- Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order
3. Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept by confirming + shipping
- We may decline any order at our discretion
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude shipping and applicable taxes/duties
- UAE VAT (5%) applies to UAE-destination orders if we are VAT-registered
4. Payment
- Processed by Stripe; we do not store card data
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods shown at checkout
- Charges are captured when the order is placed
5. Shipping
- Shipping quoted at checkout or invoiced separately for large freight
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier

- Chargebacks must first be raised with us — we will work in good faith to resolve any dispute before card-network intervention
7. Disputes and jurisdiction
- Governed by the laws of the DIFC
- Disputes to be resolved in the DIFC Courts
- For US-based customers, we'll work in good faith within reasonable commercial norms
8. Limitation of liability
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order
- We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
